Ok when I rev it up after around 7-8k there's a loud whooshing/ sound from the front of the engine... as if my radiator fan started blowing super fast or tire started to slide against the fender. Can't explain it exactly. Dies down as soon as rpm drops below 7k or so. More while decelerating. Bike doesn't lose power, damn well power wheelies in first. What could be wrong? [&o]

 

On top ofthe intake duct, there's a resonator chamber which is designed to eliminate the wind noise similar to the onethat you describe. Is it posible you resonator chamber became disconnected? Some people take them off on purpose just to get that sound.
