Default Fairing scratch fillers

Anybody know of some good compounds / puttys for filling scrapes on fairings? There was a scrape on the bottom of my bike when i bought it about 8 inches long, im going to paint my fairings so i figure i might as well fix the scrape too.

this stuff is pretty good, goes on well and easy to sand.
haven't tried it on fairings yet but I've used it on rims (for curb rash) and polyurethane bumpers.
and it's only 3 bucks a tube at autozone.

I use this thing called Plastic weld. its two glues that mix and become very hard and adhear to the plastic very well. Its not easy to sand, but it will make a fairing look like new. I'll post pics of my bike before and after the paint job to see what it can do
