got an 01 f4i that i just took apart and swapped frames. It has been sitting for 2 years. When i turn the ignition on I cannot hear the fuel pump. I checked the power at the fuel pump connector and nothing. It turns over fine but obviosuly does not fire. All fuses are fine. What will stop the ecm from providing power to the pump?

 

Just reading some of the other posts and here is some more info that might help. The bike is not totally put together, I do not have any fairings or lights on the bike, including the headlights.. is the tip sensor in the headlights? It is sitting right next to the bike, but might of been upsiddown, does it need to be upright? Some people mention fidling with the sensor, what does it look like and how do u fiddle with it?

 

The tilt switch is in the middle of the headlight assembly
you basically need to have the headlight wiring harness plugged in
