Are you the original owner? If not, the previous owner may have lowered, shortened the stand, and you raised? Anywho, that lean looks like a little much, but not excessively so.

 

Yea i bought it used, it was dropped and i raised it. Would a picture of the kickstand help more?

 

Well actually i just measured and its 11in.

This oem one looks a lot longer.

 

if it was dropped, the kickstand was most likely modified.. probably cut an inch or two off of it. when you lower a bike, the kickstand has to be shortened to get the bike to lean, otherwise it stands straight up, anda gust of wind could just knock it over. you should look for one of these guys parting out a stolen bike [:@]and get his kickstand

 

I'd guess the previous owner shortened it. Its dark n cold out so I aint gonna go measure mine atm lol

 

Well i found one from MDGracing, ive ordered from him before and he's very very reliable so i might just do that. Dam ive already spent 100$ fixing the bike up.

 

I would get a new kickstand Original length.
Previous owner must have shortened the K/S whenit was lowered.
Can you check tosee if you can get the original one back if it was replaced and not cut.

 

Stop counting lol Unless you are fixing it to sell. Once I get one mod done I find another I want lol. Its a never ending cycle.

 

yeah, dont ever count how much you have spent on your bike. I tell my wife I usually spend about a grand a year on mine.........if she only knew
