i was just wondering if it was possible to put a RR seat set up on a F4I. i know in the car world you can swap parts form car to car (same make and what not) so i was wondering if i could get rid of the kinda ugly 1 seat and replace it with the two?

you can use the tail section from a 2001-2003 F4i. that one has two seats. do a search i'm positive there's a write up on it. the RR seat will not fit.

 

it would take a bit of fabrication to get an RR seat onto an f4i. however, if you just want to replace your 1 seat with 2, you can swap the whole tail with an 01-03 f4i, its a simple bolt-on replacement. do a search for it.

Not usually. People tend to prefer the sportier 2-seat look as opposed to the banana seat.

 

I did the swap and it is worth every penny IMO. I think it looks so much better than the banana. Now the banana is much more comfortable than the split seat but I am willing to take the scrafice for the looks. And that tutorial is great it is a exact step by step.
