which levers you talking about? brake lever? clutch lever? shift lever? i'm assuming the hand levers right?
not much to it, just remove the bolt and swap out! the clutch is a bit funky though but just play with it, loosen some tension, remove bolt, take off clutch cable, put it on the new one, put new one on, install bolt, adjust lever to your liking, it's really straight forward.

yea that big spinning ring, loosen it so that you can turn the smaller threaded ring it goes over. it just prevents the smaller one from turning. so once you loosen the big ring, loosen the little one...this will give you more slack (or less slack depending on which way you turn it) on the lever...then just unblot and remove lever, take off cable, and put the other one back on...

where you live? if you're by lake forest, ca, bring it by and i can do it for you really quick.

otherwise, no puedo.
