F4i headlight problem help!

Hey people I got a 2001 cbrf4i and my headlights are not working. Neither one come on when the key is turned on and because the headlights are not working the fuel pump wont turn on. So bike wont start, cranks just fine but no fuel. When you have the bike on and turn the killswitch to ON the pump doesnt prime but the "bright" light indicator on the dash turns on, but neither headlights work.

Here is what I have found out though. If you ground one of the headlights you can get the fuel pump to prime and start the bike up. But the headlights still dont work and as soon as you ground the headlight leads it blows the headlight fuse. I am suspecting a relay issue here i checked the headlight relay and thats fine. but the turn signal switch (which is a 2 pin relay) I ohmed out and it showed 11.9k ohms. That sounds super wrong too me but I dont know much about these electrical things so if anyone has experience or knows if that is my problem please post up. Thanks for your time, have a nice day, God bless you and farewell.:icon_starwars:

It was a bad connection inside one of the connectors. The wire controlled the ground for all the lights up front thats why none of em worked. Got it all sorted out tho thanks everyone for posting up
