F4i gauge cluster problem

I rode my 94 F2 back home in torrential rain and parked it. Went to turn it on and no tach or speedo. The neutral, high beam light and in gear indicator all work but no speedo or tach. Checked the cable and fuse all OK. Is it shot due to rain or what? Thank you
