ok looks like on the rr wheel the cush drive side berring is a 47od 25id 12thick and the break side is 52od 25id 14thick. I got new berrings that have an id of 20 but the cush drive side is 14thick now. the f4i cush works but with the thicker berring i think it will sit 2mm out of the wheel. Problem?

Also with the 2mm i guess i'll need to shave down one spacer probably the one on the rotor side which would mean the wheel is off by 2mm but stable. I am still working on getting the f4i spacer out of the wheel so haven't test fit the rr wheel yet.

Anyone have any idea about front wheels?

Ok the rr rear wheel is now on. I put the bearings in using the f4i collar without needing to adjust it (it was same length as rr). the bearing caused the cush to be 2mm out and i removed a 2mm spacer to account for the extra length and it works great.

I think I'll start a thread on the whole bike rebuild soon.
