F4i frame slider bolt
I just bought a set of aftermarket fairings. When they arrived I nocticed that they were already cut for sliders so I am thinking sweet. Upon further inspection I noticed that the spot is different from all the other spots I have seen . The picture below is the left side (Kickstand side) fairing. The bolt on the right outlined in red is where I have seen most all sliders installed. The bolt outlined in yellow is where the hole on the fairing is cut. Do you know if I can use the bolt in yellow or if I need to have a new fairing sent. Thanks for any input.

i think you can just put your sliders there if you wanted to

You can use that one, but it won't protect your frame (and the upper parts of your bike) as well as being in the other position.

I called the fairing manufacture to see if they had any fairings without the hole and they said that all of there fairings come like that so I will just use those holes and pray that I never need to use them. Thanks for your input.
