F4i to F4 seat mix & match

Hey guys, here's whats going on.

I have an '03 f4i that I wrecked. The subframe got completely ripped off, you may have seen the pics.

I'm making it into a street fighter to save costs, i just have to ride again ASAP.

First of all, I need to know if a '99 F4 subframe will work fine on the f4i.

Also, will a '04-'06 banana seat fit on an '03 f4i with a '99 F4 subframe lol. Or do I need a '99 F4 seat?

it will bolt right up, will need the undertray too tho. either the 99 - 00 or 04 - 06 nana seat will work fine.

You don't necessarily need the factory battery tray. You can fab up a battery holder from sheet metal/aluminum & ziptie to the subframe those particular electrical components that typically mount to the fact battery tray. Of course, if you're running a stock tail light, you'll have to find a way to bracket it to the subframe but it isn't all that difficult.

Good luck.
