F4i(2002) turn signal relay accessibility?

Does anyone know if the wire connector to the turn signal relay can be accessed/unplugged without having to remove the upper fairing(which also involves removing both side fairings...)? The service manual states to remove it to access this specific relay but I would like to be able to do this without having to remove all the plastic off of the bike....[:'(] Suggestions?

Thanks,
-John

PS Can anyone confirm that this relay is a 3-prong connector?

Turn the triple to full lock, reach in between the tree and the headlight housing, pull out the whole relay. (it's the one on the right as you are sitting on the bike). There should be enough harness to get it far enough out to unplug the relay and do whatever you need on the wiring.

Hey Blackdog F4i,
Thanks for the response & information. I'll give it a try! :)
