Im not trying to be a dick, but what is the reasoning behind putting on F4 wheels on a F4i bike? Because of the rims or the price? Just curious.

only reason is the price, I got a good deal on them and knew that they could work.

To use the F4 wheel on the F4i front end you will need the wheel, rotors, axle and spacers. You might be able to use the axle but you will definitely need the spacers. They are the exact same front end but the F4i wheel is from the 929/954 and the spacers are different as well as the bolt pattern for the rotors.
I need a front wheel too. Can I put a 929/954 wheel on w/o modification? Or should I specifically get an F4i wheel? What are the dimensions of the front and rear wheels anyways? Where would I go to get specs on things like that until the Haynes manual I just ordered arrives?

You need a F4 or F4i wheel, the bearing sizes are different. The F4 wheel uses a 6204 bearing which is 20x47x14, the F4i uses a 20x45x12, the 929/954 uses a 6005 which is a 25x47x12. Just for identification purposes the first number is for the axle size, or ID, the second number is the OD, and the third number is the thickness. The 2mm on each side of the bearing is why you need to use a different axle and spacer on the F4 wheel to fit the F4i. You could find a bearing to make the 929/954 wheel work but it might be more trouble than it's worth. The bearing size needed for that would be 20x47x12 and I can't seem to find any size to match that. I hope this helps.
