Default Is it an F1 or an F4i that i have?

Hi everyone
Totally new to the forum here but cut a long story short, bought a track use only cbr600 but all the frame number has been de-etched and now has a stamp saying TRACK USE ONLY so there isn't any log book to say what model it is. Anyway, the bloke i bought it from said it is an F1 model but what exactly is the difference between the F1 to F4i model? can parts for the f3 be used on other models? Any help would be welcome. Cant look at the log book as there isn't one. bike was bought intentionally for just track use only. Has full race fairings, exhaust, rear sets and suspension has been set up for my type of weight etc.

one easy answer is: the F4i is fuel injected, while all the other 600F's are carb (i = injected). lots of people misinterpret the "FI" light on the F4i to say "F1", which may be where the confusion is coming in.
