Default Exhaust

Hey guys, so i have decided that i need a new exhaust. I currently have a high mount M4 and on the highway it is way to loud. What would you guys reccomend either new or used to put on for a lower tone. I would love to keep the M4 but my ears cant take it on the interstate anymore, i travel 35 miles each day. Any tips would be nice. Thanks

Two Bros., its loud at high rpms in lower gears, but in higher gears and at higher rpms its not that loud. I love mine.

Hindle!! Seriously, has an awsome smooth deep mellow tone. I love mine!! I had actually bought a Jardine high mount, but didn't like the sound so I took it back off and put my Hindle back on. It's a tough note to beat! h

I don't like loud pipes either, as I too commute everyday 90 miles on the highway. Buzzy pipes drive me nuts!! This one you can hear it when you accelerate, but then once you get to a cruise it levels off and you barely hear it. I love it!!

agree on two bros, they sound great at highway speeds and sound almost like a v8 at idle

Some exhausts have repacking kits. After awhile, the packing gets worn out and needs to be replaced. That would probably be your cheapest route.

if m4 is too loud...all of the above ones will be too loud...including akra.
maybe a yosh...otherwise stock FTW...or as dakine said...repack or use silencer.
