K&n makes oil filters? I thought they only did their stuff on the air side.

No, you don't have to everytime. Maybe every 6K. Depends a lot too on the environment you ride in. I've read that if you change your oil frequently enough, there's no real need to change the filter (hypothetically speaking; of course).
As with K&N manufacturing filters, they don't. They have another company make them, then weld the nut on the end and paint them white, lol. Honda (and a lot of others) does the same thing. I'm sure most are good otherwise respectable companies wouldn't put their name on them (I guess). If you want a washable oil filter, you can get a Scotts Billet Filter for like $80.

I found it in pepboys today, but it does not state anything that it can be used on a motorcycle. So is it okay to used please let me know that way I can know.

Except in the case of 2-stroke engines or other substantially different set ups, motor oil can be used in bikes just as in cars. Keep in mind that we have a modified Honda Civic engine.

With that in mind, yes you can use Rotella in your bike. I recommend the using the blue jug, NOT the white one. Buy a gallon of that and a filter and you are good to go.

White Jug ~ 15W-40 Non-Synthetic / $10 Gallon
Blue Jug ~ 5W-40 Synthetic / $22 Gallon

You can use either one, but the synthetic is the way to go

Indeed. As Incognito said, synthetic oil does have its benefits.
