shawshank24, did you get the Pazzo-style levers, or the OEM-style levers off eBay? I have had my OEM-style levers for about 2 years now, with no problems. I can send you a picture of mine to compare yours to, but i think the JB Weld idea should work fine.

I ordered some Pazzo-style levers this week, so if that's what you have, I can compare mine when they get here.

they are the pazzo-style levers. i'm really at a loss for why they aren't hitting the switch. the geometry looks identical to my stock levers. :confused:

I have knock offs and have never had a problem with them. I just got them for the clutch adjust ability... I like being able to pull the clutch in with 1 finger. And the price was perfect. I have them on both my f4 and f4i and no issues. Maybe you just have a clutch adjustment issue?

I Had a set of ebay levers on my Kawi. Same kinda problem, not with starting though, I burnt up what was left of the clutch because the spring in the Cheapo lever wasn't strong enough to push the lever all the way out. So my clutch was never really fully engaged. Ended up taking the spring out of my stock lever and putting it in the eBay one, but it was too late the damage had been done! :(

I'm not aware of any Spring in the clutch lever on the Honda levers to go faulty...

The only concern with my levers was quality, I was worried the aluminum used was going to be crap and the stub that pushes in on my master cylinder would snap or something. But seems strong.
