Default drain tube by kickstand

What's up guys. New to the forum. Own a 02 f4i. Took it apart the other day and the 1/2 inch drain tube fell off. This is the bigger one of the three there. Where does it connect to?

i've been missing the smallest one (fuel vent hose) since i've owned the bike, no issues. The other two are actually important to have.

Haha by important I mean that if you accidentally overfill the tank, the drain hole will pour the overflow fuel directly onto the back of your hot engine if your missing the hose. (a bad thing)

And its funny this thread came up because i just filled up today and the bike reeked of gas when i hopped off going into work, i didnt spill a drop nor did i see any under spots under the bike. It has always done this after a fillup. I guess the missing "vent hose" is somewhat important too,....
