Doing Brakes, could use advice

I'm finally getting around to repairing my F4i brakes proper, and I figure that while I've got brake rotors off and am putting on new lines and a new front master, I wanted to know if there was anything else I should do

For context: The bike's an '06 F4i that's been down four times total (twice per side, with the second-to-last impact being at speed). As such, I need to put on a new brake pedal. In addition, the bike has apparently been sitting in a garage for a year prior to my purchase.

So, with all of that, I was wondering if there's anything else I should invest in. Should I bother with new calipers and/or rotor buttons, or should I just clean everything off?

Thank you in advance for your response and consideration :)

I hope you got that bike for dirt cheap, considering how many times it's been smacked around. How are things like the alignment, or the rims?

I'd try and save money replacing things that don't need it by investigating the various components. I'd be really checking out the physical state of the bike, followed by the engine internals. Any idea of the maintenance history?

Aside from what I've had done to it maintenance-wise, nada

I still need to flush old fluids out of it, so I know that's a thing, but she's run for 600+ miles for me without much of a hitch

Also: Seven times. Someone decided to run into me today while I was parked, so new clip-ons and another alignment are in order. Seriously thinking I might need to start parting it out. After getting it exorcised

Fall overs while not moving don't mean anything besides some bent accessorys. I've had tip overs or falls at 5mph or less at least 5-6times in my F4i's life. Man up and enjoy that sucker.
