does a sprocket change effect the speedometer?
 
I was looking at getting a stunt set up for my 2003 cbr f4i, I was wondering if it make my speedometer wrong?

Yes but you can get a speedohealer for ~$100 and it will fix it.

If I have a -1 front, how off will my speedo/odo be? The previous owner said it's ~10mph faster on the speedo than it really is.
