Disabling Immobilser on my F4i - HELP !

Hello Everyone

I have a 2002 Honda CBR F4i Japanese version.
This version comes out of the factory with a 180km/h speed restriction and a HISS Immobiliser .
I purchased an ECU and a Speedometer off ebay, both from the same US version of the F4i bike (to eliminate the restriction).
One problem though . . . the US versions do not have the HISS immobilser and i need to disable mine in order to get my US version ECU running and start the bike.

Anyone knows exactly how i can disable or bypass my immobiliser ??
Is it a matter of cutting a wire off or else inducing some postive voltage onto another ?
please help

Thank You
