That's a Power Race, which was discontinued in 2009 for the Power One (it's not a mismarked P1). They made many compound versions of the Power Race, I still have some Power Race PR3 and PR4s, which are competition versions. The US competition versions were labeled "PR". The medium-soft is very close to a PR3. You can still find lots of them around, but best for racing, not street.
The shoulders are very, very soft. Would not recommend for street use, they tear up very easy. On an Endurance Race, we would run a PR5 (hard) rear and it would last about 3-4 hours. My PR3 sprint tires I could get maybe 5 or 6 races (50 or so laps) and I'm slow. Fast guys get less than 20 laps.
The Power One street is very sticky, but doesn't wear like P1 competitions. The competition ones (only available through Michelin Racing distributors) have a letter after them, like Power One "B".
I'm a Michelin contract rider so I love me my Mickey's.
