stand next to the bike on the chain side, putthe bike in second gear, turn on the key, put the kickstand up, pull in the clutch and grab the bars, run till you reach about 7 mph, jump on the bike, dump the clutch, give it some gas and ride off. then go ride around at 7-10,000 rpms for 10-20 minutes to charge the batteryand you should be all good.

If you want to avoid the jumping have a friend push it :P
2nd gear is smoother than 1st, and easier to make the momentum of the bike last just a little longer.
There's no need to rev to 10k rpm after. In fact that would be wasteful. A regulator on the battery charger kicks in to prevent overvoltage, so any extra rev beyond say 3k rpm is pretty much a waste.
