Was getting pissed I missed my chance to update my lights

 

I just placed an order for a 35w 5000k h7, opted for the 2 day shipping for 3 dollars more.. what the hell lol.

Just bought sylvanias but oh well.. im riding to work at 4am now that the weather is getting nice so bring on some real light.

me too! lol... the crazy thing is that I was on the site earlier this afternoon and they were out of stock then..

I called there yesterday (waited on hold for like 10 minutes btw) and the guy on the other end told me that I could preorder it, but they couldnt notify me via email when they were available... I can't understand why they can't take emails and send out one blanket email... oh well...

Does anyone know if these kits are digital? I think I am going to go for one when they are back in stock.

 

Hmmm I didn't realize DDM was having problems. Have them, love them.

 

I just called them to find out what teh story is... must have just missed them.. I didnt leave a message because last time I left a detailed message nobody called me back....

I have to be honest.. even though I have read such great things about the product... is this the kind of service that they provide or did I get them on an off day?

 

Meh - the price and quality of the product? I can forgive a little lack of customer service. With that being said, I mean a LITTLE LACK. Like not calling me back is ok. But delaying an order or something along those lines like messing with my money, not so ok.

 

One of the main reasons why their prices are low is because they're low staffed.

I'll wait another few weeks when orders settle back down.
