Is the D@D exhaust the loudest foe the f4i?

 

Seems to be the consensus around here. I personaly have never heard one in real life, heard a Jardine on my friends F4i and it sounded real good, just not loud enough. People say the D&D is the loudest and most raspy, everyone reccomends the two brothers exhaust as it is loud and deep sounding. That is not from my personal experience, just saying what other have said. I am looking into buying a D&D exhaust for my bike.

I was behind a guy on the ride for the troops today with a D&D pipe and it sounded like ****. Loud is not a good thing, it just helps people like sportbikes less. As we were lining up for the ride no one wanted to be behind this guy.

Loud pipes are great for kids on their first bike, then they grow up.

 

I have a D&D on my bike... honestly, I like the tone, but it is a bit too loud... it actually annoys me when I ride, its that bad. Above 9k rpm, you cant hear yourself think.

 

I got excited when I saw a D&D exhaust on ebay but before I bid on it I researched every thread I could find and they all said the same ,too loud so no dice . Although they do look sweet .

i have a d&d and yes its loud as ****. honestly id rather have a two bros its not as loud but it has a deeper growl to it. the d&d sounds kind of raspy which is a little bit annoying. i want a two bros but i dont have the money for it now.

 

I'm in the exact same boat as you Jin. Mine came with a D&D and it's just too loud and annoying. I'm surprised anyone wants to ride with me at all when they're behind me. One day I'll be able to afford a better (IMO) exhaust

 

If you want a loud exhaust. Just take off your current exhaust and put a straight pipe that goes to the side.
