Spent the evening making these. The color will probably change when I get the bike painted this winter but here's an idea. I may modify and add more detail to the design as well/ But when they're all said and done they're probablt getting powdercoated white with the rearsets to match the paint

Hey, where did you ever get that idea???:icon_shrug: Hmmm....credit please.:)
Credit indeed. Thanks Z! lol. I like mine better because they are paralell with the lines on the rears. I think I'm going to go back tomorrow and take at least the bottom point back out of the material so that at least the outline is right. May got back and do the individual feathers later but I'll be lucky to have time to finish the bottom tomorrow. (paying customers come before my own personal work ) I'll keep ya'll posted.

But I like mine better. Stalemate!! There on my bike dammit, I get credit.:icon_cry:
they need to be a lil taller so the metal covers the mounting holes. As-is they looked afro engineered ;)
I thought about that but then to be proportionate they'd have to be way longer than would look right. I'll make another taller set when I have time and see which one I like more. If it's taller the fine machining between the inner lines would be a whole lot easier

that font on the decals is just plain wrong.

What are they made from?
somewhere between 16th and 8th inch steel flat stock if I remember correctly. Primered and painted with a textured spray paint. They don't show any signs of wear after about 1200 miles
