Default Cross Bar in Gas Tank Opening?
I have no clue as to the purpose of the metal crossbar inside of the gas tank near the top and the opening. Anyone know what it's there for? Thanks

they are baffles to keep the gas from sloshing around

Doesn't really look like a baffle(s), only a single thin short strip. Orientation & size not correct. Thanks
