Thanks guys and yes the guage cluster will only ignite if the bike is running. If the ignition is on and the bike is not running and I hit the brake lever the nuetral N will light up.

Manual is helping so much so thank you very much. I got everything working except the odometer front turn signals and the rear running lights. I think the rear running light problem is because of the cheap set up I got with my undertail. The only thing the odometer is doing is flashing ----- lines at me. Any ideas?

 

what did your prob end up being my bike the tails go n the cluster goes i got no idea what it could be
