Default Couple Questions: knocked over... and towing

first of all, my bike is a 2001 f4i. My sister recently knocked over my bike and it fell and hit two cars. now when the handlebars are straight the wheel points slightly to the left, also, when i turn all the way to the left it goes past the stop point of where i lock it it it grinds against the windshield. What could be wrong with it besides the obvious thing that its ****ed up, why does it turn too far now? why does the wheel off center?

also, I'm moving in a week and I have a u haul for my ****, now im wondering how the bike would go into the uhaul? how would i go about tying it down and what kinda equipment would i use? it's a 10 hour drive from sacramento to las vegas. would there be anything else that i need to do in order to throw it in there(fluids to drain? etc)

thanks in advance.

i had the same problem with my forks/wheel. you have to loosen the upper and lower tree and then twist the bars and wheel until they are straight, kinda like you did back in the day with your bicycle...hold the wheel between your legs and twist the bars...only its much more tricky with this kind of bike...i dont think the leg trick will work and you might have to somehow tie the bike up so when you loosen the trees, the bike doesnt lower itself. im not very good at describing this sh*t but i hope you get the idea.....as far as towing, you shouldnt need to drain anything, and just tie it so it cant fall to either side or roll foward or back...i know thats the obvious but there isnt much more to it. take it easy. and good luck
