i own a 02 cbr 600 f4i yellow/black. when i got it, it had a yoshimira (spelling??) exhaust, flushed mounted turn signals, an under tail (brand i dont know, just got into bikes), and it was lowered. it also has corbin front and rear seats.I have since put on bridgestone tires, a manual camchain tensioner,and a double bubble windscreen. now for my questions.

1.) what is, in your opinion, the best upgrade to your f4i?

2.) what is the color code to the 02 yellow?

3.)is the 02 yellow and the 06 yellow the same?

4.) what is the bestchain conversion to go to? 520?

5.)are extended swingarms/ swingarm extensions gonna effect daily riding comfort?

6.) does any one have pics of a f4i with extended swingarms or swing arm extensions??

this i my first bike, and the first bike i have ever rode. had it since august. any and all help would be appreciated

this will vary alot from person to person. a tough question actually.i guess i'd have to say my 10' two bros. slip-on.

take your passanger seat off, there should be a white sticker w/ black writting. it has your paint code on there.

3.)is the 02 yellow and the 06 yellow the same?

im not sure, but i dont believe so.

whats going on man, sounds like a nice f4i you scooped up, i had many of the same questions you had not too long ago. so im speaking from what many told me, not from experiance... but

1 - depends what your going for, alot of people will tell you best bang for the buck is to re gear it. instant power change but it has its cons as well... search the forum on more info of gearing

5 - i was also looking into extending my f4i...alot of people will tell you not too..its something you have to like to appreciate. i heard it does affect handling but i have rode with people on strech bikes and hit up some turns...just takes more efforrt n experiance but still can do it..also no more wheelies

6 - my bike is cureently in pieces but as im rebuilding it i was gonna go for this look if i were to stretch it...
