yeah when i try stand still wheelies i feel the bog. i heard to change to stock filter, stock pipe and change the spark plugs to get rid of it. actually thinking about a pc3 if it really helps

Jardine RT-1 slipon, no PCIII, runs better after slipon than it did completely stock. No low RPM bog on the F4i.

PCIII mapped for the exhause and filter will send the problems described away. Option is to return to stock... nah.

Took her out for lunch, 175 degrees and still boging, so i assume it isn't heat related. Fuel mapping seems to be the most logical choice, I guess I'll adress it that way.

That said, my Gixxer friend told me Power Commanders "ruin" bikes. Didn't tell me exactly how, but has anyone had any negative effects?

PC's do not have any negative effects that i can think of, if you take it off, all settings are returned to stock. My F4i with 2 bros slip on has no bog

Mine is 100% stock, I have that annoying flat spot below the 5K. It's a brand new bike too. How do I get rid of it since most of you guys say that only occurs on bike with the aftermarket exhaust and other mods etc ?
I'll put the 2 bros on, K&N , PC3 ? Will that elimitate it? I'd hate to put all that money into it and see no improvement !

Thx a lot.

Anyone who says a Power Commander (or any fuel tuning device) "ruins" bikes is either an idiot who couldn't tune his own bike properly, or knows someone who couldn't.
