Clutch Pedal / Chain Clicking Noise
Alright guys im usually pretty good @ Diagnosing problems on my bike and getting them resolved, this one particular problem i've had for a few months now and haven't been able to solve.
I have a very obnoxious clicking noise coming from my clutch pedal assembly related to the chain. Now i changed my chain and sprocket a few months back because i really needed to (@ 12k) and i thought the noise would go away with the new chain, come to find out even though i needed a new chain, the clicking noise had nothing to do with it.
Has anybody here had to replace the clutch pedal assembly because of this?
I removed it and found no way of adjusting or better yet tighten the pedal itself which seems to have very little clearance to the chain, the clicking noise is the chain hitting the rubber cover behind the pedal and pushing the pedal out hitting my foot when im not changing gears. Any input?

It might just be the picture, but it looks like the entire rear-set is slightly bent inward.
I just looked at mine and i have about an 1/2 - 3/4 inch of of clearance between the rubber and chain.
Could it be that your chain is too lose? I can only get my chain to touch the rubber if i really pull on the chain sideways.

I just went out to check on the pull of my chain, and i can tap on the pedal without pulling to hard. I have to clean and lube my chain up this weekend so ill look into a chain adjustment (chains tightness feels good though) and ill have to buy a pry bar since my regular flat blade or phillips screwdrivers wont be able to pull the assembly out just enough.
Although i thought about it but it just doesnt add up that that assembly would just bend by itself, seems like a pretty solid piece.
