Hey guys, it's been a couple weeks since I've been able to sit down and work on the bike, work has been crazy. But I finally resolved that one issue with the clutch not engaging at all, the cable just wasn't seated properly at the lever end and it wasn't able to pull enough slack. Now, everything is *almost* working. I have good clutch feeling on the lever but it's not disengaging completely. IE: when I kick the bike into gear, even pulling the clutch all the way in, the rear wheel starts spinning. I'm thinking that it's just not pulling the clutch quite far enough however there's no more room to pull! The cable is adjusted all the way out and will pull the receiving rod all the way until it touches the braket that holds the cable to the clutch cover. Unless I modify that little bracket, there's no more room for the pin to pull farther. So it must be an internal issue,.....?
