Clicking Noise - Related to Brakes? :S
Hey guys,
This has been going on for some time now but since I am going to bleed my brakes tomorrow I figured I might as well try and solve this problem as well. I really only notice it at low rpms but I think that's just because the engine is quieter but there is a distinct clicking noise coming from my front tire. It almost sounds rhythmic and the second I apply pressure to the brakes it goes away completely. It happens whether the clutch is engaged or not. Any ideas? Thanks |
I wonder if it might be a loose pad...

clicking noise
i have a 05 f4i. same noise.
had the brakes checked out and nothing. it got louder after a point in time and it completely went away now. not too sure, what would've caused it or how it went away. search for my thread on this forum. awesome response/advise on that. |

start with pads since they are pretty cheap... that doesnt fix it then try calipers (i dont see how it would be ur calipers though)
