This question was asked not too long ago. I would stay away from both.
Why?
The China headlight only has a 7 day exchange period. You have to be careful about those short exchange and no returns eBay listings. Also, you would have to be concerned about the fitment.
The second one has a "no returns accepted" policy which means you could be buying junk (not literally) and as long as the item looks like the one pictured, Ebay/paypal general will side with the seller. You will also have to be careful about the fitment.
Now, with that being said, if someone else has purchased the same item from either one of those sellers, they may be able to shed more light/insight into this matter for you.
I say try and find a headlight assembly from a salvage yard or someone parting out their bike. Usually, the two tabs are broken off (result of the bike going down), but the headlight will still fit and stay in place as long as you have all of the screws. Otherwise, you would just have to worry about the light bulbs and the harness connector--which should be fine anyway.

I seen a member from here that ordered one in person and it looked perfectly fine. It even has a space for a third eye. He put a red third eye in there. Over all I liked it but would like it more if it was black. Contact this guy on stuntlife "jonsy" he had one for like $80. He actually still has it he sent me a PM because I bought a cheaper better one and he was pissed.
