This is a bike on ebay and I think the fender cut and Akra exhaust is dead sexay!!
I have the same year/color and can't wait to get mine like this one.

 

I have the same pipe on my 05 and love it, the tail is ok for stock i perfer mine but for the price of free you cant go wrong

 

To each there own, but I dont see anything special about the cut. the just took a hacksaw and cut the bottom off and moved the light up. very, very common. so common, when I first started looking, I thought that was stock. I cut out mine out and made filled it in with a piece of sheet metal. now that is sexy for $8.00

Yeah theres nothing really special about the fender cut in my post but I thought they did a good job with it, very clean and symmetrical cuts. Your bike looks pretty sweet too krash.

 

I'm gonna try to do that this week. The stock location of the plate is terrible.
