cheapest place to get pilot powers? Not the 2ct

Anyone know the cheapest place to get em at online?
Also anyone in NJ know a place that puts on tires cheap while still on the bike?

it was actually 229.90 shipped, they charge for tires being shipped but still the best price I have seen so I ordered them

Not sure about pricing, but most stealerships will help you mount your tires. You'll have to ask around. I know the Kawi dealership by me will not install tires that you don't purchase from them. However, HondaSport in Metuchen, does so I believe. Don't know if you're nearby. You'll also save some money if you can remove the tires and/or rim yourself, and just have them mount the tire.
