cheap set of allen wrenches..?

Default cheap set of allen wrenches..?

Where can I get a cheap set of allen wrenches....to use on my bike?And what sizes do I need?

harbor freight if you have one..just buy a set for 10 bucks or what not but 5 mil is the most common on our bikes

check your local gas stations $1 tool basket. mine has them. you need a metric set(they usually have like .50-12 or 14 i think). i personally don't like cheap sets cause they tend to strip the screws out.

I would recommend getting a t-handled allen wrench. 5 mil is what the fairing bolts are.

Home Depot has a 10 in 1 metric allen key set, got it for $9, (the gray one)


Super handy little tool and has sizes for every bolt on the bike.

I bought a set of the allen brand folding ones at K-mart for like $10. (There's a metric and standard set of each)
I also have a drawer full of individual ones, but I really like the fold out style.
And for $10? Cheap, man....

Cycle Gear has a multi tool with allen wrenches, sockets etc. made for a motorcycle. It's small enough to store under your seat. Costs under $20.

Like posted above, you can get cheap ones at harbor freight. But you get what you pay for.

thanks guys...kinda dumb at working on my F4i...but figuring it out..it's allot cheaper than the dealer...lol...thanks much.

thats where I got mine full set of t handles... They are awesome.
