Changing Clutch

So i picked up a pair of pazzos, brake lever was super easy to change, on the clutch lever i can't get the wire back in the new lever, anyone know how?

if you got a buddy have him engage the clutch using the lever down on top of the clutch cover. that could help. also make sure you got the adjuster all the way in so you have some slack in the cable.- im sure youve already dont that but i just wanted to throw it in just in case

If you put new levers on you want to check your adjustment anyways. So to make it easy just adjust your cable all the way out to put the lever's on. Then readjust your cable and ride.

On a side note I have Pazzo's also. I only picked them up because they were hella cheap on CL but since I did I won't own another bike without nice levers...They are so comfortable to ride with.

The short version is to loosen the nut on the cable by the lever. If that doesn't give you enough slack, then you losen the nuts where the cable goes into the clutch housing on the right side of the bike.

You might need to check your service manual for more details, I can't seem to find my service manual I had on my computer to give you a more detailed description.

did you get it to work? should be able to connect the wire before you fasten the lever to the bar. should be pretty simple if attached before.
