Default changeing the clutch

So i finally got some decent tires. (w00t.) But the shop made my clutch extremely far from the handle! it use to be much closer. How do you change where the clutch rests?

thanks in advance!

There is a locking collar and adjusting collar at the handle where the cable exits the handle assembly.

Why did changing the tire effect your clutch lever, did they do a spring time service also.
