if you hold down upper button on the dash, it will switch mph to kph and miles to km on the odo and viceversa. but why would you want mph and km on odometer?

RE: Change odometer from miles to kilometers?
i know that if i was honda, i wouldn't let someone fool people when selling bikes with "low miles" showing people kph on speedo and miles on odo which would leave them in belief they buy a bike with 1.5x less mileage. i just think that you use metric or imperial. how can this breed of two live in your head? miles per hour , but kilometers you ran today?
i'm totally glad it does change (!) cause when i bought the bike i totally would be satisfied if in the country which uses only km/h i would be forced to know my speed in mph... the only thing that worries me is that the coolant temp isn't switchable and always stays in F and fahrenheits don't make sense to me... it just isn't logical to me that water boiling point is 212F , not just 100C...
