Default chain and sprocket q

I am replacing my chain and sprockets, and I had a couple q's I didn't find when searching.

1. I do hwy riding, with a few short jaunts across the city, what gearing would you recommend if I don't want to sacrafice gas mileage?

2. Suggestions for chain/sprocket kits, or good sites to buy from

1) Stock gearing sounds l.ike the best option. Don't flame, but it's probably the best mix for gas mialage vs hard acceleration.

2) http://www.sprocketcenter.com/

Go here for the F4i page:

http://www.sprocketcenter.com/c/1616...f4i-01-06.html

Extremely fast shipping. Lists the most popular chain/sprocket mixes. Make sure the chain is D&D. By far the best.

much appreciated, just got all my parts ordered, I actually went with a -1 in the front, because it came in a kit, I know, lame reason, but hopefully I won't loose too much gas mileage that I will notice..........thanks again
