I did the 600rr swingarm conversion back in Nov. If you are planning on using your F4i wheel you need 3 bushings total. The 600rr axle is 22mm in diameter and the F4i is 20mm in diameter. You need 1 bushing to take up the difference in size for the 600rr brake bracket and 2 bushings to take up the difference in the openings of the swingarm itself where the axle goes through the chain adjusters.

Luckily I meet a guy through work that is a machinist and he made me the bushings from some stainless round stock he had laying around. Best part is he only wanted a burrito and a 6 pack in trade.

The most important bushing that you need to make sure is spot on is the one for the brake bracket. If there is any slop the whole brake assembly will flex under braking load causing a really weak rear brake.

I think I have the schematics I drew up for him with exact measurements saved on my computer at work. Ill check tomorrow

If you have questions about doing this mod just let me know, like I said I just did it a few months ago and did it all in my garage start to finish.

Ok found my measurements keep in mind this is if you are using an 03-04 swingarm with an 03-04 600rr brake bracket. You need 2 spacers .985 O.D .795 I.D one is 1.050 long, the other is .885 long. The caliper bushing/spacer is .982 O.D and 795 I.D by .960 long
