cbr wont start after valve shim
After reshimming the valves, I went ahead and connected the manometer for syncing the throttle body. Now it is not starting. I am assuming it may be the placement of the cams, but would like others feedback please

I proceeded to redo the cam placement and thought about just removing the cam sprockets while it was still in the bike, with the cam holder bolted. As I turned it, it also turned the camshaft backwards and it basically jumped a tooth. Now every time I rotate the engine, right after TDC, it will knock once and there will be slack on the top of the chain, between the two cam sprockets. Seeing how I was going to realign the cams, I figured it was going to be fine. When I got it all back together again and rotated it, the jump and sudden slack in the chain between the sprockets reappears/occurs.
Have I just bent a valve???
(*I know the chain guard is upside down*)

I also figured out the above problem, the IN and EX were off a couple of teeth for the correct alignment.

From what i remember when i did it, compression makes it do that. I actually got my bike all back togeather and took it for a ride and it knocked and had no power.(quarter mile ride). My intake valve was one tooth off. not sure what would have happened if it were more. Follow the repair manual to the letter with the timing adjustment. no room for error there
