I would go for the GSXR. Looks like a better deal. If you really want an F4i offer the guy 2700

 

I'd say the F4I...but like KdubyaH offer the Guy like 2700. I would think the Honda is more comfortable but then I'm also a bit biased and occasionally opinionated.

 

F4i, not because looks, but because of quality. The gsxr is known for blown engines from long standups without an aftermarket oil pump. Also I've had many friends lay gsxr's in that year range down and the frames are crap(broken engine and subframe mounts). I've beat the hell out of my f4(same as f4i basically). looped the bike twice at 60+ and a couple other minor mishaps and only had to replace the engine due to a bent crank. Frame was straight and subframe was pretty close, totally usable. The gsxr's in that range are not of good of quality. The only reason so many of them were bought around here was because at that time suzuki was the only bike manufacturer who the "douches" could get financed through.

I completely agree. I JUST bought mine and a HUGE reason I bought the one I did was because of who I bought it from. #1 the F4i, as mentioned before, looks trashed because the guy couldn't even bother to take it out of his cluttered garage to take a pic. #2 (For the GSXR) anyone who feels the need to put a pick of themselves in jeans shorts and a beater to sell their bike MOST LIKELY liked to show of the bike while they rode it and its probably trashed too.

 

Insurance is higher on the GSX-R because of that "R"..... My vote is F4i.

well i made my decision. I went with neither. What I did get was an 03 CBR f4i. I absolutely love it and it was way nicer then either or those other two. I'll get pics up tomorrow.
