I would like to know if any one could tell me step by step how to change out a blown fork seal on my 01 cbr f4i, before I get any replies as to saying look in the how to section, I HAVE. the fork seal how to gets cut out/off before you could get the idea how. If some1 VERY NICE, could walk me through it step-by-step. That would be awesome of you, infact i'll pray for you. thanks for your time.

Yup that's the link I used. I also printed the pages from the online service manual for torque specs when putting it back together - don't forget that step!
