I got my RR street bike out the other day and kept forgetting all day that it had a kickstand, I'd get off of it like I do my trackbike as if it didn't have one and start looking around for a rearstand lol. I totally forgot what its like to not have to balance a bike while you get off. the guys i was riding with laughed pretty hard though

224 for a stand or for a set? is that the fork tube stands up front or the head stands?
i say like handys in the rear and bust pit bull new front stand for the front...

I've seen a couple of offbrand stands on eBay. Anyone have any comments?

$60.00 shipped and has been great. I think it is a T-Rex stand (too lazy to walk out to the garage). I have a $200.00 stand for the back, shich does the trick.
Out of curiosity, is the rear swing arm solid or hollow? If solid I would consider drilling and tapping for spools. I am not a fan of the pads either.

Best ever is the Cycle Cat UCS1 Rear Stand: http://www.cyclecat.com/UCS01-01.htm
1. Your bike is tipping on its kickstand
2. The stand is tipped to make it easier to put both points below the swingarm
3. Lift and voila
It's pretty strong too
