CBR BOGGING DOWN WONT GET PASSED 45mph

Please help me.
I have a 2004 CBR F4i, I have been ridding it a few days since the last gas fill up. The f1 light comes on about 5-10 minutes after I start riding. It stays solid. Am I correct in reading that that means code 0 which is either the ECM, bank angle sensor, PGM-F1 fuse. When riding the bike it won't get up passed 40 mph. But not 3hours earlier it was still riding like normal, same thing with this morning.. rode normal, with the exception of the the f1 light staying on. Any ideas, any questions you have for me I am ready to answer the best of my knowledge. I'm looking at this forum non stop waiting for an answer so please help me!

Update, rode the bike just now.. rode good/normal still with the f1 lights on. Help me please. Also the time before I don't think we let the bike warm up completly. The ride I just had I let it warm up like normal and like I said.. it rode good but still had the f1 light on. It's bound to happen again soon, so any and all information is needed. Also a side note the speedometer sensor doesn't work, the screen function normal but doesn't read while driving (just the speed doesn't read)

Are you sure about that code?

If the fuse or the BAS were not working, the bike wouldn't even start up.

Am I sure about it, know. But the f1 light is just staying on. I assumed that is the 0 code which according to the manual is the three possibilities I mentioned. Now it could be possible that it is the right code and something additional is wrong with the bike. So any ideas on what the problem could be.

Just the light being on is not the code. You need to jump the diagnostic connector and count the blinks. It can't blink a 0.....

Well that's why I'm here, I stated I wasn't sure whether to see the light staying on meaning code 0. Since it can't blink 0... that would mean it wouldn't blink which is what it's doing. So my assumption is not wrong because I did not know I had to jump it. Now, can anyone give me a detailed instruction on how to do this? I have a service manual and it gives me instructions, but what is the jump wire, is that something I have to get or is it already provided somewhere. Thanks again for the replies.

A jumper wire is any wire to jump the 2 terminals together. A paperclip works very well for this.....

Follow the manual on how to read the blink codes.

Okay, I used a jump wire to get the codes. If there is more than one code, will they display one after another? I'm quite positive they are doing that other wise it wouldn't make sense. My codes are 01- faulty map sensor or wiring. 02- faulty map sensor or vacuum hose. 09- faulty air intake temperature sensor or wiring. 11- faulty speed sensor.
Now code 11 I already knew about and is on order. But can any other the other three codes cause the problems I have described? Also, i just swapped out the map sensor with a good used one.

Update: driving the bike home from work, doing the same problems. But now when it reaches low rpms it stalls and kills. Then has a hard time starting back up. Then won't accept any throttle response just Boggs down. Then speratically will respond but very limited and I barely made it Home (only a 9mile drive) while all this was happening, the temperature reading was 185 so it wasn't over heating. Would any of those codes make this happen? I'm coffused because the codes say, even though the code is shown the engine is to operate normally. But it's not operating normally. Also spark plug were just changed out before all this was going on, same with the map sensor.

I am not riding the bike, unless necessary to diagnose the problem, until it's fixed.

Are the vacuum lines all hooked up and is the sensor wiring all good?

Those kind of things can get damaged or are left disconnected when the airbox is messed with.
