i just bought a rearstand for my f4i and i was spinning the wheel, and i noticed the chain tension was tight in some spots and looser in others, and in addition to this the wheel is somewhat hard to spin and it kinda sounds like the brake disc is being rubbed against it... if needed i can record a video, is this normal ? i thought the wheel was supposed to be spun with ease.

 

If your chain has tight spots you can anti seize and lube temporarily but it sounds like a fresh chain is required.
Mark the chain against the sprocket at its tightest point (a bit of the mrs's nail varnish)before you do this. Get to work with your spray cans getting it to spin freely, and then readjust your chain whilst the wheel is in that old tight position.
Ultimately this is a quick fix to try and not put the linkage under stress but as I said earlier, sounds like a new chain is needed. Sprockets as well if you can run to it.
If the rear brake sounds like it's binding whilst on the paddock stand, pump your rear brake once, check it again, repeat if still the same. If after a few pumps it still binds then you need to investigate further, the caliper piston might need attention, warped disc (you sure your chain has tight spots and it's not the disc ?) . Tight spots means the chain is going bad. You have to adjust slack at the tightest spot, meaning the loosest spot will be very loose. Not a good setup, so replace the chain. And yes, the brake pads are always touching the disk's slightly. You'll always hear noise front and back.

 

well i just lubed up the chain and it feels a bit better, as my bike is apart in many other ways , im just going to leave this job for when my bike is fully patched up - hence my other thread
