I've looked for an f4i right fairing on ebay and craigslist and can't find one anywhere that isn't already damaged to paint over.. I could go for an aftermarket one though I suppose. I guess all my fairing is, is a solid red with the black top and the decals on the side.

i was going to agree with 74demon but it seems that motorcyclefairingsRUs, now extreme fairings seems to have raised the prices.
i thought they were around 550, the thing with ebay though is you don't know where that stuff is coming from. allthough it may all come from china

Okay then here's my other question. If I individually bought the right and upper fairing as aftermarket, is it completely lame to have aftermarket and OEM parts on my bike? Or does it even matter.. If Im over-thinking all of this you can all be honest and tell me lol. It's my first bike so Im just freaking out over this whole thing.

You are over thinking this a bit. The best solution is to buy OE pieces that match in quality, but they are really expensive. Being that it's your first bike and your new to riding, spend as little as possible and get back on the road. Dont waste tons of cash right now just to knock it over again. Get out and learn how to ride and what you want to do with the bike. There is plenty of time to change things later after you've seen many options and given it some more thought.
